If its a class, as long as you give us one weeks notice, we will honour your purchase for a year on your account. Retail purchases can be exchanged with receipt within 14 days of purchase. Reiki session purchases will be honored as long as they are cancelled within 48 hours. Sessions scheduled in prime time between 3 and 7 that are cancelled inside the 48 hour window will result in a $35 cancellation fee.
